Minimalist Modern Woolstore

This character apartment situated in an old woolstore in the heart of Tenerife was in need of an update to reflect the minimalist style of our client.

Situated opposite the Brisbane river, Ivy + Finch looked to the blue and green tones in the environment to replicate in the spaces. The simple furnishings were selected for their texture and function, with a custom made sofa being the key source of colour in the space.

The existing bathroom was plain and drab with minimal storage. Ivy + Finch incorporated a European laundry, shaving cabinet and floating vanity to combat this. Built in shelving and a nib wall added additional surfaces to counteract the lack of bench space.

With a client hailing from America, Ivy + Finch were given the task to redesign this 80s home with a contemporary take on a traditional American style.

Having now completed the renovation of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, Ivy + Finch and their team of trades are taking on the revamping of the ground floor kitchen, living and dining areas in 2021.
